Good Evening from Honduras!
What a great day we have had today! The Lord has truly blessed us with great travel and a wonderful Living Water Leadership.
Today we traveled from our airport in San Pedro Sula and took a living water bus about 4.5 hours to our hotel in Saba Colon which is the Hotel Ejecutivos.
It was an interesting drive thru many winding roads into the mountains. The team saw many farms, fields of sugar cane, banana trees, rice fields, pienapple fields and orange trees. The villages that we pased thru were small and sparcely populated. Many huts, and small concrete shelters littered the roadway.As many of us found the yellow line in the center of the road does not matter ad the road was used for up to 3 vehicles and a few motorcycles and bikes,all atthe same time!
Tonight we arrived in our hotel and are thankful to have good accomodations and a shower. We were most excited that our luggage from our first trip arrived and we now have clothing and personal items.
After dinner tonight we are settling in to a good nights sleep and looking forward to getting into the village tomorrow which is about 35minutes away. We did find that the school is in session in this area which is great so that we can meet all the children while the men drill the well.. Stay tuned for another update as we are most excited that our hotel has internet! If we can find a usb cord we will send photos! Keep your prayers coming as we work tomorrow.
